By installing or using Orkestra, you agree to these terms. “We” refers to Orkestra’s copyright holder.
Orkestra is proprietary software. You may install and use it for any lawful personal or commercial purpose. Ownership of the application remains with its copyright holder. We claim no ownership of your code, projects, or other work. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.
Orkestra is currently provided free during its pilot release. Pilot versions downloaded while offered free will remain free to use. We may introduce paid versions or services later, but you will not be charged unless you explicitly agree to a purchase. Third-party services may charge separately.
Orkestra works with agents, tools, and services you choose to connect. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Agents can execute commands, modify files, and interact with external systems. You are responsible for choosing their permissions, reviewing their actions and results, and maintaining appropriate backups.
The pilot is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, continued development, compatibility, or support. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of Orkestra. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
We may update these terms for future releases. Revised terms will be published with the release they apply to and will not retrospectively change the license granted for an earlier free pilot version.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
